Tirivenyu is the Managing Partner of Mutema Attorneys and heads the firm's Corporate and Commercial Services Department. He is knowledgeable and has extensive experience in Corporate and International Trade Finance, Corporate Statutory Compliance, Insolvency, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Collections — among other areas.

Over the years, he has acted for a wide range of prominent corporate clients including Rio Zim Limited, Star Africa Corporation Limited, Murowa Diamonds Limited, and Croco Properties (Private) Limited, demonstrating a capacity for complex, high-value mandates across multiple industries.

He was admitted as an Attorney, Conveyancer, and Notary Public of the High Court of Zimbabwe in 2015 and is a member of the International Institute of Business Analysts.

Everjoy is a highly motivated and accomplished attorney specialising in the intricate fields of environmental law and governance, alongside a dedicated practice in family law. Her combined expertise allows her to navigate the often-complex intersection of legal rights, environmental responsibilities, and personal circumstances.

Possessing a strong academic foundation, Everjoy earned her Bachelor of Laws Honours degree from the University of Zimbabwe before furthering her expertise with a Master's degree in Environmental Law and Governance from North-West University in South Africa — equipping her with advanced knowledge of the legal frameworks governing environmental protection and sustainable development.
